Since the inception of Oldwalls Gower, Lauren has played a pivotal role in its development, helping transform it into a multimillion-pound enterprise and one of the region’s leading hospitality venue collections.

Her expertise spans talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, and strategic workforce development. Lauren holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in HR Leadership and Management and is known for her proactive, hands-on approach. She has designed and implemented efficient recruitment strategies, strengthened organisational culture, and introduced robust HR and payroll systems that ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Prior to her current role, Lauren served as Managing Director of a successful retail business with an annual turnover exceeding £1 million. This entrepreneurial background complements her corporate HR capabilities, giving her a well-rounded perspective on leadership and business growth. Her commitment to building high-performing teams, streamlining operations, and aligning workforce strategy with business objectives has made her a vital force behind Oldwalls’ continued success.
