Now building a portfolio career focused on purpose and community, Rebecca is committed to advancing inclusive economic growth and social mobility. A strong advocate for youth wellbeing and the arts, she supports initiatives that align with the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act and broader social value ambitions. Alongside her role on the Vibe board, she also serves as Deputy Treasurer for the Welsh Liberal Democrats and contributes to shaping ethical, impactful delivery across the sectors she works in.
