Emma is a highly experienced leader in psychological wellbeing services, combining strategic leadership with extensive clinical expertise. She has a proven track record in strategy, planning, and building senior partnerships, overseeing the delivery and performance of mental health services for children, young people, and adults across the UK.
 
She has developed innovative models and frameworks for children’s mental health services, many of which have been adopted or adapted by local authorities, health partners, and government bodies. Her work has helped shape service design and delivery, contributing to improved access, engagement, and outcomes at both local and national levels.
 
As a Company Director, Psychologist, BACP-accredited therapist, and Chair of the Children and Young People’s Forum (CYPF) Committee at the BACP, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge in service innovation, safeguarding, and workforce development. She has a particular specialism in the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people, with extensive experience shaping services that are developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and outcomes-focused. She is dedicated to advancing mental health services, developing new service models, and achieving measurable improvements in access, engagement, and outcomes.
