Vibe Youth Resilience Project
The Vibe Youth Resilience project is a comprehensive project designed to support children, young people and young adults with the skills and strategies to overcome life challenges. The project focuses on building resilience, promoting wellbeing, and fostering a sense of empowerment. Key aspects of the project are:
- Resilience Training- Participants will learn about the concept of resilience and how to build it. This includes strategies for overcoming stress, life challenges and bouncing back from adversity.
- Emotional & Mental Well-being Awareness- In one-to-one sessions, the facilitator will raise awareness about emotional & mental health, reduce the stigma attached and promote help-seeking behaviours.
- Skill Development- Clients will take part in activities designed to develop key life skills such as problem solving, decision-making, communication, and emotional intelligence.
If you would like to make a referral, please know that the following process is in place:

- Risk assessment- Facilitators will complete a risk assessment while on site to ensure that they have everything necessary to provide a positive experience.
