Harnessing Expertise for VIBES Mission 💥

Co-Founder and CEO Karen Henry expressed enthusiasm for the new appointments:
“Following an outstanding recruitment process, we were humbled by the talent and expertise of the individuals who applied. We are super excited to welcome new directors to our board and  our advisory panel, VIBES Inner Circle. Their collective experience will help drive VIBES mission to expand our services and create meaningful impact for young people who unfortunately are often let down by the people or systems that are there to support them”

Each new member brings invaluable expertise that aligns perfectly with VIBES vision:
– Emma Davies, a seasoned leader in psychological wellbeing services, will enhance VIBES strategies for youth mental health, ensuring evidence-based interventions that are trauma-informed and accessible.
– Rebecca Francis, with her expertise in commercial strategy, finance and ethical business growth, will provide strong governance to ensure sustainable expansion while upholding social impact.
– Liz Rees, a communications strategist with a history of leading high-impact campaigns, will amplify VIBES presence, ensuring engagement with communities and stakeholders.

As VIBE Youth CIC continues to evolve, these new appointments signify a bold step toward expanding services and strengthening its impact across South Wales and beyond.
